Freelance Office Manager

As the Remote Office Manager you will work along side our entire team and the company founder providing full administrative and office managerial support.

To be successful you must have reliable access to internet, laptop, phone & email.

As this is a 100% remote opportunity, ongoing and reliable communication is key.

Freelance Facilitators

As a Blanket Exercise Facilitator you will work alongside our team members to empathetically walk our clients through the blanket exercise either virtually or in-person.

As a Remote Facilitator you must have reliable access to internet, laptop (with speakers, microphone & camera), telephone, e-mail and Zoom conferencing.

As a In-Person Facilitator you must have a flexible schedule, with access to reliable transportation & e-mail. Please keep in mind that the majority of our in-person sessions are in Eastern Ontario and the maritime provinces.

What You Will Do

As a freelancing Blanket Exercise Facilitator with Santele’s Healing Circles you will work alongside our team members to empathetically walk our clients through the blanket exercise. Sessions typically require 3-4 hours of dedicated uninterrupted time to work alongside a rotation of team members in facilitating training sessions.

There are 3-4 roles per training session:
(1) Lead facilitator - providing the indigenous lived truths
(2) Co-facilitator - providing the settlers methods & actions
(3) Session support - providing mental & emotional support throughout
(4)Indigenous Cultural support- ensures that each session is held in a good way

An Indigenous perspective is vital to both the Lead Facilitator and Cultural Support roles and as such will be filled by successful applicants who self-identify as First Nations, Inuit or Metis. We are actively seeking facilitators for all roles, we encourage all interested candidates to apply.

Elder / Cultural Support Facilitators

As an Elder / Cultural Support Facilitator you will work alongside our team members to ensure that all learning circles are held in a good way and provide support as we encourage and educate others on the road of Truth & Reconciliation.
